Noesiaとは

Noesiaは、思考を育てるAIです。
質問への回答を通して、あなたの判断基準や考え方の傾向を学習し、
人格モデルとして内部に蓄積していきます。

診断ツールではありません
占いや性格分類でもありません

おすすめの始め方

最初は次の順番で使うのがおすすめです。

質問モードでいくつか質問に答えて、考え方の傾向をためる
人格コメントで、いま形成されている人格像を確認する
対話モードで、その人格を使った会話を試す

はじめに（重要）

人格レベルにはプランごとの上限があります。

Freeプラン：Lv50まで / トークン上限1万 / 人格スロット1つ
Proプラン：Lv300まで / トークン上限50万 / 人格スロット3つ

学習量が少ない状態では、人格の再現精度は安定しません。

3つのモードの違い

学習モード：
人格を育てるためのモード

対話モード：
人格を使った対話モード

人格コメントモード：
形成された人格像を文章として説明するモード

よくある疑問

・本当に自分を学習している？
　→ 完全な模倣はできませんが、思考傾向を近似します。

・データは見られる？
　→ 内部データ（数値・タグ・ログ）は表示されません。

・リセットするとどうなる？
　→ 人格レベルや学習状態が初期化されます。

利用規約

第1条（適用）

本規約は、Noesia運営事務局が提供するサービス「Noesia」の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。ユーザーは本規約に同意した上で本サービスを利用するものとします。

第2条（サービス内容）

本サービスは、AIを活用した人格形成・再現サービスです。

第2条の2（AIの利用について）

本サービスはAnthropicが提供するClaude APIを使用してAI応答を生成します。ユーザーが入力したテキストはAI応答生成のためAnthropicのサーバーで処理されます。Anthropicの利用規約およびプライバシーポリシー（anthropic.com/legal）も適用されます。

第3条（アカウント登録）

本サービスの利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。ユーザーは正確な情報を登録し、アカウント情報を適切に管理する責任を負います。

第4条（プランと料金）

・Freeプラン：無料。トークン上限1万、人格スロット1つ、Lv50まで。
・Proプラン：月額500円（税込）。トークン上限50万、人格スロット3つ、Lv300まで。
Proプランは月額課金の自動更新制です。解約を希望する場合は、次回更新日前までにStripeの請求設定画面から解約手続きを行うものとします。
Freeに戻った場合もスロット2・3の人格データは削除されず、ロックのみ行われます。
料金の支払いはStripeを通じて行われます。

第5条（返金ポリシー）

月額プランの返金は原則として行いません。

第6条（禁止事項）

・法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
・他者の権利を侵害する行為
・本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
・暴力的・性的コンテンツの生成

第7条（人格データの取り扱い）

ユーザーが形成した人格データはサービス内でのみ使用されます。第三者への提供は行いません。

第8条（免責事項）

運営者は本サービスの完全性・正確性を保証しません。本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。

第9〜11条

サービスの変更・終了、規約の変更は予告なく行う場合があります。本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms govern the use of Noesia, a service provided by Noesia Operations. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Service Description)

Noesia is an AI-powered persona formation and reproduction service.

Article 2-2 (Use of AI)

This service uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate AI responses. Text you enter is processed by Anthropic's servers for AI response generation. Anthropic's usage policy and privacy policy (anthropic.com/legal) also apply.

Article 3 (Account Registration)

An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure.

Article 4 (Plans and Pricing)

· Free plan: free. 10k token limit, 1 persona slot, up to Lv50.
· Pro plan: JPY 500/month (tax included). 500k token limit, 3 persona slots, up to Lv300.
The Pro plan renews automatically each month. To cancel, complete the cancellation process via Stripe's billing settings before the next renewal date.
If you downgrade to Free, slots 2 and 3 are locked but not deleted.
Payments are processed via Stripe.

Article 5 (Refund Policy)

Monthly plan fees are non-refundable in principle.

Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)

· Violating laws or public order
· Infringing on the rights of others
· Interfering with the operation of the service
· Generating violent or sexual content

Article 7 (Persona Data)

Persona data formed by users is used solely within the service and will not be shared with third parties.

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the service. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Articles 9–11

We may modify or terminate the service or these Terms without prior notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

第4条（外部サービス）

・Anthropic（Claude AI）：AI応答生成のため、ユーザーの入力テキストをAnthropicのAPIに送信します。Anthropicのデータ処理方針については anthropic.com/legal/privacy をご参照ください。
・Stripe（決済処理）
・Render（サーバー運営）

第5条（データの削除）

アカウント削除時はすべての人格データも削除されます。

第6〜9条

セキュリティ対策を講じます。Cookieを使用します。
